The door is made of 52 mm. thick stainless steel doors Stainless steel perimeter rebate frame, with anti-spiffero gasket seat, anchored to the wall compartment by means of expansion plugs: the doors are entirely covered with AISI 304 stainless steel smooth sheets We prevent scratches by applying adhesive film to be removed after installation.

The insulation is guaranteed by the injection of self-extinguishing polyurethane foam according to DIN 4102 class B2, with a density of not less than 43/45 kg/m³, obtained through an under-press expansion process that ensures a high degree of thermal insulation. The hinges are made of stainless steel, with anti-unscrewing pin and anti-unscrewing frontal pins. They allow the door leaf to be adjusted even after installation.

The closure is guaranteed by a lock inside the door, with internal and external handle in stainless steel or plastic material. In the upper part there is a special profile to be inserted between the frame and the wall; it will be siliconized and will guarantee watertightness between the wall and the frame. In the lower part, the closure is guaranteed by a double needle seal with pre-cut parts to guarantee the possibility of adjustment on non-planar floors.

The sliding door is made up of 52 mm thick sashes with respective internal perimeter frames in 20/10 thick galvanised steel profile; the sashes are completely covered with smooth stainless steel sheets; the external surface is completely smooth with a satin effect . The insulation is guaranteed by the injection of self-extinguishing polyurethane foam according to DIN 4102 class B2, with a density of not less than 43/45 kg/m³, obtained by means of an expansion process under press which ensures a high degree of thermal insulation. We prevent scratches by applying adhesive film to be removed after installation. The upper rail is fixed in veletta or to the ceiling by special brackets designed and manufactured by us in stainless steel. The upper slide is guaranteed by nylon olives which guarantee silence and great manoeuvrability. Everything is covered with a stainless steel sheet casing and siliconised in the upper part. With the sliding door on the floor, stainless steel wheels with double bearings are inserted in the lower tube. The upper and lower closure is made with nylon brushes with stainless steel support. The lower guide is in the shape of an omega reverse in press-folded stainless steel and supplied with spacers to facilitate installation (at the customer's expense) and respect of the door centre distance. In the upper "C" guide in stainless steel, nylon wheels slide fixed to the upper part of the door.

With the suspended sliding door, the upper sliding is guaranteed by trolleys with 4 stainless steel bearings that slide in a single stainless steel rail. The whole is covered by stainless steel and siliconised sheet metal casing in the upper part. In the lower part, a stainless steel plate with double nylon wheels that guide the door in the sliding in a rigid way is fixed to the ground beyond the wall compartment.

The closure on the internal side, is guaranteed by stainless steel 4 point fixing and central clutch. The handle prevents the hands from being crushed and guarantees the sliding of the stainless steel rod at one point of closure downwards. The same is fixed in the rod loops which guarantee precision and considerable sliding. The lower end of the rod is made of a stainless steel tip. In the case where the door is already supplied motorised as standard, the upper part is supplied with a safety micro to prevent unintentional opening with consequent problems with the motorisation.

The vertical seals, front and rear, are made of EPDM (anti-aging) natural rubber to ensure maximum closure. The space between the door and the rebate or between the doors is 50 mm (anti-crush) on all versions: manual, motorised or motorised as per current regulations. Prepared for standard motorisation.

The upper guide with the relative fixing brackets is in stainless steel made to our design and is press-folded (Monorail type) with thickness. In this way the door is already prepared for possible motorizations. The guide is equipped with stainless steel trolleys with four bearings that guarantee easy manoeuvring. This type of door does not need a lower guide because the two lateral posts, in stainless steel section and the upper guide give rigidity to the structure. It is anchored to the wall, thus forming a real frame for the door itself, guaranteeing a high degree of stability.

On the ground, and in the centre of the wall compartment, there is a slipper in aluminium or stainless steel alloy where the pins with the relative stainless steel olives are inserted when closing; this gives a guarantee of closure and safety.

The hinges, with frontal fixing, are in stainless steel. The insertion of self-lubricating bushings and thrust bearings allows maintenance to be reduced to a minimum. Stainless steel pin with anti-fall and milling system to ensure internal fixing. This system prevents it from slipping off, with the consequent opening of the door.

On the internal side, at man height, there are 4 fixing points stainless steel pins, as well as a central clutch to adjust the handle. The opening and closing of the door is facilitated by stainless steel handles.

Stainless steel rods with two closing points, slide in the passages where Teflon supports are inserted to guarantee precision, remarkable sliding and silent movement.

The sealing gaskets between sash and door, with crossed double leaf, are in EPDM (anti-aging) natural rubber to guarantee maximum closure; moreover the space between the sashes is 50 mm (anti-crushing) on all versions: manual, motorised or motorised as per current regulations. In the upper and lower part the closure is guaranteed by a double needle gasket with pre-cut parts to guarantee the possibility of adjustment on non-planar floors. Finally, the vertical and horizontal gaskets are thermally welded together to create a single profile that guarantees tightness and thermal insulation.
