HINGE - Bifold doors without bottom guide rails

and practicality: here are Moreschi's insulated folding doors

HINGE - Bifold doors without bottom guide rails

Equipped with manual or motorised opening, they adapt to all needs.
Moreschi insulated folding doors ensure maximum practicality and resistance for all activities, even those that require frequent passage.
Moreschi's excellence is achieved through design carried out by professional technicians, the use of high quality materials for every detail, production carried out with innovative techniques and installation followed directly by specialised technicians.

The BIFOLD DOORS is made up of 52 mm thick leaves with respective internal perimeter frames in 20/10 thick galvanised steel profile; the leaves are entirely covered with smooth or peeled sheets obtained through a continuous rolling process, in SENDZIMIR galvanised steel, followed by phosphating and the application of 5 Micron thick primer on both sides.

On the external side is applied the finishing varnish with a thickness of 20 Micron. The surface thus obtained is completely smooth. The pre-painting offers, without any alteration, the resistance of 400 hours in a salt spray chamber; finally we prevent any scratches with the application of adhesive film to be removed after installation.

The insulation is guaranteed by the injection of self-extinguishing polyurethane foam according to DIN 4102 class B2, with a density of not less than 43/45 Kg/m³, obtained by means of a press expansion process that ensures a high degree of thermal insulation.

The upper guide is in press-folded steel made to our design with electrolytic galvanized finish, it is already prepared for possible motorizations. It is equipped with trolleys with nylon-Curtained bearings that guarantee silence and easy manoeuvring. This type of door does not require a lower guide because the two side uprights, in galvanised steel or aluminium section and the upper guide are connected to each other.

The structure is anchored to the wall, thus forming a real frame for the door itself, guaranteeing a high degree of stability. On the ground, and in the centre of the wall compartment, an aluminium alloy slipper is installed where, when closing, pins with relative galvanised steel olives are inserted; this gives a guarantee of closure and safety. The hinges, with frontal and internal fixing, are in aluminium alloy in matt black colour and obtained by die-casting process; a particular study has allowed to obtain hinges able to absorb shocks of means, so as to limit possible damages to the doors. With the insertion of self-lubricating bushings and thrust bearings, maintenance is reduced to a minimum. Galvanized pin with anti-fall and milling system to ensure fixing with internal grain. This system prevents it from slipping off, with the consequent opening of the door.

On the inside, at man height, there are aluminium alloy wheelbarrows painted black with 4 fixing points, as well as a central clutch to adjust the sabre handle; this particular shape makes it ergonomic and prevents the hands from being crushed. The opening and closing of the door is facilitated by black painted aluminium handles.

Galvanised steel rods with two closing points, slide in the passages where Teflon supports are inserted that guarantee precision, remarkable sliding and silent movement. The upper terminals are made up of die-cast tips.

The sealing gaskets between sash and door, with crossed double leaf, are in EPDM (anti-aging) natural rubber to guarantee maximum closure; moreover the space between the sashes is 50 mm (anti-crushing) on all versions: manual, motorised or motorised as per current regulations. In the upper and lower part the closure is guaranteed by a double needle gasket with pre-cut parts to guarantee the possibility of adjustment on non-planar floors. Finally, the vertical and horizontal gaskets are thermally welded together to create a single profile that guarantees tightness and thermal insulation.
