For all compartments where the need is for compartments but with maximum visibility, it is possible to install fixed fireproof glazing.With steel frame and in the EI 60 or 120 classes, they can be installed in any environment: from industrial to commercial to craft.
It is the ideal solution to guarantee security and control.
TECHNICAL PRODUCT INFORMATION
Fixed glazing fire rated EI2 60-120 certified according to EN UNI 1364.1. Frame made of cold-formed galvanised tubular steel bearing profile, internally insulated with asbestos-free inorganic silicate based material, provided with thermal expansion gaskets around the external profiles. Possible crossbeams and/or uprights positioned according to our criteria. Thickness of the frame: EI 120 th.80mm. Thickness of the window and door frame EI 60 th.60 mm. Epoxy powder Curtaining for indoor use in the standard colours grey RAL 7035. Fireproof glass for interiors supplied unassembled, composed of double sheets of glass with interposed intumescent gel, normally transparent; if subjected to the action of the flame it becomes opaque and emits water vapour. The glasses are fixed with snap-in and coplanar glazing beads, using KLOVIL glass belts gaskets of suitable section on both sides of the glass. For outdoor application, use transparent anti-UV film inside the glass, only on the side exposed to weathering (to be quoted separately with explicit request at the time of request).
The fixing to the masonry can be carried out on any previous walled precast by the customer or by means of dowels.
