SECTIONAL DOORS

The Moreschi sectional doors offers a wide choice of construction variants and is able to meet the different needs of the company.
During the design phase, our technicians are able to indicate the best sliding solution, so as to optimise the overall dimensions and improve efficiency.
The sectional door opens upwards by sliding internally in special side guides of minimum dimensions, thus guaranteeing ample manoeuvring space for handling.
The absence of floor guides makes the passage of all vehicles easy.

TECHNICAL PRODUCT INFORMATION

The sectional door is made up of 42mm thick elements with hot-dip galvanised steel sheet cladding and polyester-based primer with an embossed effect. The panel is made up of panels with a horizontal uniform horizontal corrugated slatted pattern 125mm pitch and standard heights of 625/750mm (maximum compartment width 6000mm) or alternatively 375/500mm (maximum compartment width 8000mm). Thanks to the special design of the door elements, there is no risk of crushing fingers on the outside or inside. Insulation guaranteed by 100% CFC-free polyurethane foam with a continuous injection process that ensures a high degree of thermal insulation. Internally, the panel is reinforced with sturdy steel plates that guarantee secure fastening of the hinges and all other accessories. The lateral and upper sliding guides are made of steel with a galvanised finish, suitably shaped so as to obtain maximum rigidity and minimum overall dimensions for assembly. The suspension of the sliding guides on the ceiling is carried out by means of galvanised steel brackets with slots to be adapted to each installation situation. The trolleys that slide in the guides have nylon wheels with steel supports. The hinges connecting the panels and the supports for the trolleys are made of steel with a galvanised finish. To cushion the door when opening, galvanised steel shock absorbers are installed in the final part of the guides. The movement and counterbalancing of the door is guaranteed by a special shaft with appropriately sized painted torsion springs. In the event of a spring breaking, the door leaf is prevented from falling down thanks to the parachute system; the load-dependent, load-independent device integrated in the suspension system is equipped with a pawl and active against breakage of the rope or spring (European Patent). The load-bearing ropes are guided between the door leaf and frame without protruding components and therefore without risk of injury. EPDM floor seal with triple chamber and double lip, side seals, lip seal on the lintel and intermediate seal between the individual elements. The manual version of the door can be moved with a chain or rope hoist (mandatory for completely vertical opening). The same can be motorised, as it is always prearranged, even after assembly. The motorization supplied is always in compliance with the regulations in force and completed with all the necessary safety accessories (photocells, lower edge with optosensor, light indicator). In the version with manual operation, the lock is closed from the inside by means of a padlockable bolt, which rotates automatically or with floor lock.

CE marking EN 13241-1 (CPD), resistance class depending on dimensions. Acoustic insolation UNI EN 717-1; depending on the chosen infill. Thermal insulation according to the standard UNI EN13241 annex B UNI EN 12428 according to the selected insulation.

Supporting structure in hot-dip galvanised steel

DOCK - Dock

The sealant has a hot-dip galvanised steel supporting structure with oscillating arms to guarantee the best grip and absorb any impacts due to vehicle manoeuvres.
The perimeter covering is in PVC in different colours, while the flaps are in black or blue rubber in double reinforced tear-proof weave.

TECHNICAL PRODUCT INFORMATION

The suspended sealant consists of a load-bearing structure made of galvanised steel profiles, bolted to the wall and connected to each other by pantograph bars with an anti-shock system that allows the structure to compress without suffering damage due to incorrect vehicle manoeuvres. In fact, the structure compresses without being damaged and automatically returns to its working position thanks to the action of the special recall springs. Front flaps in anti-aging rubber with very high resistance to shocks and tears; 6mm thick, reinforced with double tear-proof fabric with differentiated wefts able to withstand bending and torsion stress weight gr. 1300/sqm. Covering sheet in self-extinguishing PVC Curtained polyester fabric, equipped with special accessories for fixing to the metal structure. Operating temperature: -30°C; +70°C,

The structure of the ground sealant consists of galvanised steel supporting arches connected to each other by pantograph bars. Covering sheet in self-extinguishing PVC Curtained polyester fabric, class 2, equipped with straps for anchoring to the structure and suitably reinforced in the points of greatest wear. Front flaps in anti-aging rubber, with very high resistance to shocks and tears; 6mm thick, reinforced with double tear-proof fabric with differentiated wefts, able to withstand bending and torsion stress weight gr. 1300/sqm. Shock absorption device to cushion any incorrect manoeuvres of the vehicle: the structure folds without damage and then returns to its working position. Operating temperature: +4°C; +40°C.

Hydraulic ramp with radius/telescopic spout

RAMP - Ramp

Moreschi designs and manufactures systems for the loading and unloading of goods that are perfectly suited to the different needs of each customer, equipped with a complete and innovative interface between the warehouse and any means of transport.
It is essential to have a strong loading ramp: forklifts and transpallets, loaded with material, pass over it continuously, stressing the structure.
An efficient loading point allows all loading and unloading operations to be carried out in the shortest possible time and in total safety.

TECHNICAL PRODUCT INFORMATION

The loading ramp is made up of a self-supporting monobloc structure with side walls (foot guards), upper platform and beak connection to the vehicle to guarantee the loading/unloading of goods in conditions of maximum safety. The ramp is moved by means of an external motor-driven hydraulic power unit positioned frontally under the platform. The valve unit allows, even in the event of an electrical failure, to safely complete loading operations and return the ramp to its rest position. The ramp is equipped with an electric panel with automatic cycle operation with emergency button that interrupts the movement of the ramp in case of danger. The electrical panel must be positioned near the ramp so that the operator is able to observe all its movements. The connection cables for solenoid valve and motor are fireproof with a standard length of 6m. (from the edge of the pit) and wired in a single cable to allow quick connection to the electrical panel. Each ramp is operated by a control panel and an independent control unit. In the event of activation of the main switch or power failure, all movements cease. The power supply can only be re-established by manual control, which ensures that no uncontrolled ramp movements occur. Hydraulic emergency stop mounted directly in the lifting cylinder which, in the event of sudden departure of the vehicle, intervenes by controlling the descent speed of the ramp to less than 0.05 m/s. The working slope of the loading ramps, according to the reference standard, must not exceed ± 12.5%. The maximum negative inclination is mechanically limited. The maximum positive inclination, in the radius spout version, is indicated by a red band and in the telescopic spout version it is mechanically limited. Standard nominal load capacity of 6000 Kg. of which 5400 (90%) concentrated on a single axle (trolley with 4 wheels minimum Ø 250 mm). Load capacity means the weight of the highest mobile load (including goods, persons and means of transport). In the resting condition, with the beak resting in the appropriate stops, the ramp forms a single block with the floor and is passable in all directions. The rear hinges of the platform consist of a series of sectors and suitably sized pins. The hinge is divided into sectors to allow the central pin to be removed if necessary. The connecting spout is operated by a single-acting cylinder and supplied bent to rest perfectly on the truck body. If it is necessary to load trucks of different widths, it is possible to use a spout composed of three elements: a central element and two lateral elements that allow an excellent versatility of the ramp width.

The connecting beak can be of the type: -"radius" with rotating movement; standard length 400mm.; bent and made in a single sector. The spoked beak rotates on self-cleaning hinges that do not allow various materials and dirt to interfere in its movement. -"telescopic" with extensible movement; standard lengths 500mm. and 1000mm.; folded and made in a single sector. The ramps with width 2200mm. are always supplied with beak in three sectors.

In order to attenuate possible impacts between the truck and the dock, the ramp structure is delivered with hard rubber pads which, thanks to a special conformation, have the ability to compress and soften the impact.

Pit edge frame suitably dimensioned and completed with welded clamps to allow installation to wall (operation to be paid for by the customer). The side components (foot guards) visible on the ramps, whether in the lowered or raised position, are marked in yellow and black to signal the danger. The risks of crushing and shearing between the pit edge and the ramp frame are avoided by using telescopic protection panels. The risks of crushing and shearing between the folded down rail and the ramp frame are prevented by leaving a vertical safety distance of at least 25mm. between the lip edge and the frame components in the rest position. The risks of crushing and shearing between the ramp and the loading surfaces of the vehicles are considered to have been overcome by positioning the control panel so that the operator can easily observe all the movements of the ramp.

The ramp is equipped with a mechanical prop which, once positioned, supports the load-free ramp in the maintenance position. The prop is an integral part of the ramp and cannot be unintentionally disconnected. The ramp can be connected to a limit switch to prevent its operation before the door installed on the loading bay is fully opened. All ramps are built in full compliance with European Standard En 1398.
