The study, design and production of all Moreschi doors is based on an experience of over 50 years of activity. In particular, high-speed doors are born from ideas and market requests that drive us to create simple but at the same time innovative and personalized products. Our doors are controlled by a control panel housed in an IP 66 plastic container, equipped with an inverter for acceleration/deceleration movement control and management, single-phase 220 V power supply, 50 Hz. This guarantees intensive use in continuous service in industrial environments.

The doors are made with a bearing structure in galvanized steel profile, cold bent with monolithic structure. Each door leaf is equipped with an opposing arm closing device with adjustable force torsion spring incorporated in the supporting structure. The hinges rotate, in the lower part, on steel balls and, in the upper part, within a seat with self-lubricating bushings. The flexible panels are made of top quality materials specifically designed to guarantee maximum resistance and durability even in very severe conditions. P.V.C. are used (Polyvinyl chloride) with the addition of plasticizers that make it possible to use it even at low temperatures (down to -35°C) while maintaining the characteristic of transparency and resistance to impact and abrasion. Black anti-abrasive rubber with alternative Curtain inserts to increase tear resistance. The door can only be installed in the passageway light compartment.

Door with flexible PVC strips made by extrusion, with rounded edges anchored in the upper part to mobile galvanised steel sheet jaws. The overlap of the strips is determined by the conditions under which they are used, with widths of 200, 300 and 400 millimetres.
