Multipurpose door with 1-2 leaf composed of 60 mm thick panels.

Each panel is covered with galvanised steel sheet (Sendzimir galvanised steel), and connected to a galvanised steel structure reinforced with rock wool for thermal insulation.

The panels are obtained by a first continuous lamination process, following a phosphating process and a final layer of paint on both sides of the epoxy-polyester interior panels.

The finish consists of painting with a thickness of 70 micron applied on the external side of the panel. So that the surface is completely smooth. The pre-painting finish provides 400 hours of resistance in a saline atmosphere chamber without any alteration.

The embracing metal frame is made of painted steel profiles with perimeter seal. The door frame consists of a galvanised steel frame so that it can be fixed to the wall by means of metal dowels as standard (possible fixing with expansion dowel or screwed on plasterboard walls on request). The door is equipped with two hinges, one with thrust bearing system and screws for vertical adjustment of the door and one with spring for self-closing of the door. The matt black hinges (No. 02 for each door) are designed according to EN1935. Lever designed according to standard conformation (safety requirements) with steel central part and nylon covering.

Finish: painting with epoxy-polyester powders thermally hardened in oven at 180°.

The fire rated doors are made up of 60 mm thick sashes with a perimeter frame on three sides in press-folded and Z- shaped steel with clamps to wall, dowel, screw on plasterboard walls or counterframe. Steel sheets on the two external sides with programmed deformability. Patented internal insulation pack for resistance to high temperatures. The door is equipped with 2 patented hinges, 1 of which with an internal spring that can be adjusted for reclosure and 1 rostrum. The thermo-expanding gaskets are installed on the frame and in the lower part of the sash; the handle supplied as standard is of accident prevention conformation with a steel core and covered in nylon, while the lock is reversible with double coupling for the cylinder (standard). Identification plate that is applied directly on the door side, where the name of the manufacturer, year of manufacture, name of the certification body, test certificate number, fire resistance class, progressive distinguishing number with annual reference are shown.
