The door leaf is fitted with glass of any type and finish (double glazing, safety glass, transparent, satin-finish, etc.) with a maximum total thickness of 40mm. The hinges and handle are in black painted aluminium alloy. In the case of outdoor installation, in the upper part of the frame, a special aluminium profile, suitably siliconised, is installed; this will guarantee resistance to water infiltration. In the case of installations in compartments not suitable to receive doweled doors, provide for the use of a counterframe with walling clamps, in tubular black steel dim.40x15x1,5.

The glazed sectional door is made of natural anodised aluminium elements 42mm thick with variable height. Thanks to the special design of the door elements, there is no risk of crushing fingers on the outside or inside. Internally, the panel is reinforced with sturdy steel plates that guarantee secure fastening of the hinges and all other accessories. Filling with transparent and extremely scratch-resistant synthetic material.

The lateral and upper sliding guides are made of steel with a galvanised finish, suitably shaped so as to obtain maximum rigidity and minimum overall dimensions for assembly. The suspension of the sliding guides on the ceiling is carried out by means of galvanised steel brackets with slots to be adapted to each installation situation. The trolleys that slide in the guides have nylon wheels with steel supports. The hinges connecting the panels and the supports for the trolleys are made of steel with a galvanised finish. To cushion the door when opening, galvanised steel shock absorbers are installed in the final part of the guides. The movement and counter-balancing of the door is guaranteed by a special shaft with appropriately sized painted torsion springs. In the event of a spring breaking, the door leaf is prevented from falling down thanks to the parachute system; this device is integrated in the suspension system and depends on the load and is equipped with a stopping tooth and active against the breakage of the rope or spring (European Patent). The load-bearing ropes are guided between the door leaf and frame without protruding components and therefore without risk of injury. EPDM floor seal with triple chamber and double lip, side seals, lip seal on the lintel and intermediate seal between the individual elements. The manual version of the door can be moved with a chain or rope hoist (mandatory for completely vertical opening). The same can be motorised, as it is always prearranged, even after assembly. The motorisation (Optional) always complies with current regulations and is completed with all the necessary safety accessories (photocells, lower edge with optosensor, warning light). In the version with manual operation, the lock is closed from the inside by means of a padlockable bolt, which rotates automatically or with floor lock.

The Sliding glass door with bottom guide rail is made up of doors made with perimeter profiles in tubular steel with a dim.60x90mm section and connecting crosspieces made with tubular steel profiles with a dim.60x90mm section. all with zinc bath finish and subsequent painting in a RAL colour of your choice with peel effect. The upper rail is fixed to the ceiling or to the veil by special brackets designed and manufactured by us in galvanized steel. The upper slide is guaranteed by nylon olives which guarantee silence and great manoeuvrability. Everything is covered by a pre-painted and silicone-Curtained sheet metal casing in the upper part. With the sliding door with bottom guide rail, galvanised steel wheels with double bearings are inserted in the lower tube. The upper and lower closure is made with nylon brushes with stainless steel support. The lower guide is in the shape of an omega reverse in press-folded galvanised steel and supplied with spacers to facilitate installation (at the customer's expense) and respect of the door centre distance. In the upper "C" guide in stainless steel, nylon wheels slide fixed to the upper part of the door.

With the suspended sliding door, the upper sliding is guaranteed by trolleys with 4 galvanised steel bearings that slide in a single stainless steel rail. The whole is covered by a stainless steel and siliconised sheet metal casing in the upper part. In the lower part, a stainless steel plate with double nylon wheels that guide the door in the sliding in a rigid way is fixed to the ground beyond the wall compartment.

The closure on the internal side, is guaranteed by 4-point fixing and central clutch. The handle prevents the hands from being squashed and guarantees the sliding of the galvanised and black painted steel rod at a closing point downwards. The same is fixed in the rod loops which guarantee precision and remarkable sliding. The lower end of the rod consists of a die-cast tip. In the case where the door is already supplied motorised as standard, the upper part is supplied with a safety micro to prevent unintentional opening with consequent problems with the motorisation.

The vertical seals, front and rear, are made of EPDM (anti-aging) natural rubber to ensure maximum closure. The space between the door and the rebate or between the doors is 50 mm (anti-crush) on all versions: manual, motorised or motorised as per current regulations. Prepared for standard motorisation.

The upper guide, in standard black painted steel, has a double modular rail complete with: suitably sized sliding trolleys with relative bearings; fixing brackets; upper brackets with galvanised finish with relative slots for wall fixing so as to allow possible adjustments; lateral flag for the collection of the doors during opening; chain support with relative chain tensioner and motor support so as to allow possible future motorisation.

The lower guide, in the shape of a "U", is in galvanised steel, bent to our design and supplied with spacers to facilitate installation and allow the door centre distance to be respected. The closure is achieved by installing a tip at a locking point that engages directly into the lower rail.

By gripping the aluminium handle it is possible to move the door with extreme ease thanks also to the trolleys with bearings that slide in the upper guide.

The door, when closing, goes directly into rebate on tubular 120x40mm with galvanised and black painted finish.

The hinges, with frontal and internal fixing, are in aluminium alloy in matt black colour and obtained by die-casting process; a particular study has allowed to obtain hinges able to absorb shocks of means in order to limit possible damages to the doors. With the insertion of self-lubricating bushings and thrust bearings, maintenance is reduced to a minimum. Galvanized pin with anti-fall and milling system to ensure fixing with internal grain. This system prevents it from slipping off, with the consequent opening of the door.

The sealing gaskets between sash and door, with crossed double leaf, are in EPDM (anti-aging) natural rubber to guarantee maximum closure; furthermore the space between the sashes is 50 mm (anti-crushing) on all versions: manual, motorised or motorised as per current regulations. In the upper and lower part the closure is guaranteed by a double needle gasket with pre-cut parts to guarantee the possibility of adjustment on non-planar floors. Finally, the vertical and horizontal gaskets are thermally welded together to create a single profile that guarantees tightness and thermal insulation.

The Bifold glazed door is made up of doors made of tubular steel perimeter profiles with "L" section dim.60x90mm. and connecting crosspieces made of tubular steel profiles with 'T' section dim.60x90mm. all with zinc bath finish and subsequent painting in a RAL colour of your choice with peel effect. The load-bearing structure is made up of side posts in galvanised tubular steel painted black and an upper guide, made to our design, in steel material with electrolytic galvanised finish and painted black.

This type of door does not require a lower guide because the two side posts and the upper guide are connected to each other and consequently walled in, thus forming a real frame for the door guaranteeing a high degree of stability and rigidity. One or more aluminium slippers are doweled to the floor so that the pin with the olive in galvanised steel can be inserted and the door can be closed. On the inside, at man height, there are wheelbarrows and handles in black painted aluminium alloy for opening and closing the door itself.

The wheelbarrows have 4 fixing points and central clutch. The sabre handle prevents the hands from being crushed and guarantees the sliding of the galvanised steel and black painted rods, with two locking points. They are fastened in slide-throughs, where Teflon supports are inserted to guarantee precision and remarkable sliding. The upper ends of the rods are made up of die-cast aluminium end caps that close the door in the upper rail.
